Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult Employment and Training Program

The WIA Act programs were enacted in 1998 in order to establish a support system that will assist in the employment needs of individuals offering them an opportunity to gain marketable skills to obtain employment that will enable them to provide for their family.

Eligible persons need to meet income guidelines and be 18 years of age or older.  The WIA program at CTI serves individuals in Lewis & Clark, Jefferson, Broadwater, and Meagher Counties.

Participation in the WIA program can offer the following:

     Professional case management

     Resume/interviewing

     Career guidance

     Support through training

     Job searching assistance.
